Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service levels and external factors such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Friday, weekends & bank holidays will be processed the following Monday/Working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Shipping Costs
- UK Mainland: Free shipping on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 shipping is charged at £2.85
- Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Additional charges may apply—please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer, and we will notify customers of any delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking link. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, they will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions for collection. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
